Burlington WI
Whole-Home Renovation
A 17-Year Transformation by Elite Improvements
This stunning home in Burlington, Wisconsin is the result of over 17 years of work completed by Elite Improvements. While we didn’t build the structure itself, every upgrade, remodel, and feature inside the home has been crafted by our team—room by room, year after year. From full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels to custom office and sauna installations, this home tells the story of what long-term craftsmanship and care can accomplish.
Fully Renovated Basement Living Space
This once-unfinished basement has been completely transformed into a stylish and usable living area. We added a custom office space with built-in workstations, modern flooring, and a decorative wood accent wall along the stairway. The layout was reimagined to include a private bedroom, full bathroom, laundry area, and hallway with cohesive finishes and thoughtful lighting design.
Basement Bathroom Remodel
One of the highlights of this Burlington renovation is the basement bathroom. Featuring a walk-in glass shower, vertical tile detail, and built-in niches, the space is both eye-catching and highly functional. A live-edge vanity and vessel sink add rustic charm, while brass lighting and hardware give the room a polished, elevated look.
Infrared Sauna Installation
Wellness meets design with a custom sauna tucked into the lower level. We installed an infrared sauna unit, complete with new tile flooring and improved ventilation. It’s a perfect example of how we help homeowners bring lifestyle upgrades into their space without sacrificing design.
Exterior Upgrades
Over the years, we’ve also improved the exterior of the home with new siding, a fresh color palette, updated windows and doors, and solar panel integration. A new detached garage and back patio space make the home more functional and energy-efficient while boosting curb appeal.
