Custom Upper Deck

Elite Improvements really put their custom deck design and installation skills to work for this Burlington, WI home; designing an upper deck that enhances their already impressive outdoor living space.

The choice of wood, railings, stilts, coloring, shape, and more pull the style of this space together; fitting to house as if it has always been there and complimenting the patio and walkway stones seamlessly. We made sure neither safety nor style was compromised on this build. Visual appeal was not the only improvement made; function played a key role in our design. The unique deck adds coverage over the below patio and allowed for the addition of a ceiling fan and lighting. A retractable deck cover was also incorporated on the upper level to improve comfort and protect guests from sun and light weather.
